Terms of Service

General:
-I reserve all rights to the commissioned art.
-I also reserve the right to upload the art to my social media unless requested otherwise by you (the client).
-Do not claim the artwork I've created as your own.
-I will not negotiate prices.
-The prices shown are a rough guideline; various factors, such as character complexity, will affect it.
-I have every right to decline a commission request if I feel I'm not skilled enough, if it falls outside of what I will do, or I simply do not wish to take the commission.
-Disrespectful behavior will result in me cancelling the commission without refund and blacklisting you.
-I do not take commissions that may be used in offensive or hateful ways.
-You may ask to get the .aseprite file and/or the non-resized version.Usage:
-My commissions are for personal use only, UNLESS you pay for commercial rights
-Commercial rights grants a limited, non-exclusive license for what we agree upon. (This would be discussed once you reach out)
-You must credit me (or more preferably this carrd) when sharing the commissioned art in any way (this includes but is not limited to profile pictures, banners, and social posts), even if you have commercial rights.
-You may not remove my watermark/initials in any way.
-Do NOT feed my art to aiPayment:
-Payment will be through PayPal
-Commissions 10 dollars or more require 50% up front.
-In a rare case where I am unable to complete a started commission that had an up front payment, then I will refund 40% (80% of the up-front payment).
-If you cancel, then you will not receive a refund of the up-front payment.Commissioning Process:
-You must have a discord account to contact me and a PayPal to pay me
-Please provide visual references, if you cannot, then I will most likely decline the commission request.
-Fill out the Google form (linked at the top of the "Services" section) and contact me through discord. Please be ready with references and what you want before filling the form and reaching out.
-Feel free to act casual, but you must be respectful, and I retain the right to decline requests if I feel you are being disrespectful.
-You may ask to change the resolution to anything lower than the base you're paying for. For example, you can ask for a 16x32 or 24x24 drawing (keep in mind, the base price will stay 6$).
-SLIGHT (1-6 pixels) extensions to the resolution may be done in some cases for free if the piece requires it, you may not outright ask for a slightly larger canvas.
-I will block out or outline the shapes in the commission (my version of a sketch) and check with you before moving on to coloring, refinements/adjustments, shading, etc.
-Once I've shown you the final product, you may request changes/adjustments within reason.
-Please be patient, it can take days to complete a commission. There may also be a queue before I get to you (which you can see below)ToS Last Updated: 1/14/26

By commissioning me, you have agreed that you have fully read, understood, and agree to the terms listed, as well as any terms that are agreed upon before I begin work on the commission.

Will Draw, but...:

-Humans, but full body only for 48x48 and 64x64 as well as no head/bust for 32x32.
(reasoning: I don't have much practice with high-resolution humans)-Ferals, but only bust/head
(reasoning: I'm still working on perspective/poses with feral body shapes)

I'm a learning artist which is why I only take simple commissions, in the future as my capabilities expand I may expand the resolutions and types of commissions I will take.

Base Service

Prices are based on complexity and pixel resolution rather than the normal "bust, half body, full body". All pieces will be fully colored and shaded in my style.When picking how much of a character you want me to draw, keep in mind the more of a character visible, the less detail I will be able to keep/add.

Base Prices:
16x16: 3$ - Accepts head/bust
32x32: 6$ - Accepts head/bust, and half body
48x48: 10$ - Accepts all
64x64: 12$ - Accepts all (head/bust +1-2$)
Complexity of a character can increase or decrease these base prices, please reach out to me with your character if you'd like me to tell you. You can find examples of what I consider simple/normal/complex underneath price examples!Backgrounds:
Solid color(s), gradient, abstract, transparent: no extra cost
Pose related: no extra cost (for example: characters who are sitting you may ask for them to be sitting on a ledge, shape, etc.)
Clouds: +0-1$ depending on resolution/amount.

Why are my prices what they are?

I base my prices around a rough hourly rate and how long each would take me.
For example, the minimum wage in my state is 15 dollars an hour, so I would logically want to have pieces that take me an hour, be around 15 dollars minimum. I however, do not do these simple commissions for a living, so I base my prices around 10 dollars an hour. This is obviously not an exact science, but its the rough idea behind it!

Below are NOT real commissions, but an example of what they would have costed if they were.

Hello!
I love to play games (from all sorts of genres) and I enjoy drawing; Primarily pixel art as I'm still learning how to draw. I also enjoy cooking my own food! My birthday is April 17th. I'm a cis and straight male and go by he/him (so basic lmao). I am by definition, a furry lol and I fully support lgbtq+.Personality:
I generally see myself as kind although I'm sure everyone would say that about themselves so :p. I like teaching/helping people (at least with the stuff I'm confident in). When I'm tired I can be quite irritable but I generally keep myself from getting too angry at anything. I'm also a very competitive person and don't like backing down from challenges.Hobbies:
I've dabbled in many hobbies such as gaming, game dev, writing, modeling, art, etc. I often only dabble, just to see if I enjoy it. I enjoy stuff like game dev but don't have the time, I even have ideas for an entire dream game I hope to one day get around to. Modeling also falls under the not enough time category, unfortunately; but I do write and draw a bit!I have a really big fantasy world with lore and where 80% of my ocs are from, all the lore I'll have public will be on my Unvale acc and maybe a little bit in ocs/art section of this carrd. I'm also working on another much smaller world/story in the form of a novella which I'm not releasing any info but the bare minimum unless you're helping me edit or whatnot.I generally rotate game genres, few months of competitive and then a few months of chill, and throughout that I also rotate games. Some games I love coming back too such as mc which I'll play for months at a time (before taking months of a break) although hytale is coming out soon, so mc may be abandoned lol..School/Job:
I've graduated highschool at 17 and have done a bit of college while in hs. Currently full time college although I hate it lol. Don't have a job currently but I'll be getting one within a year.Religion:
I'm an atheist, and I strongly dislike the concept of religion and its use to control, harm, and as escapism. I do not have a problem with religious people as people and will still respect you as anyone else; I also will not ridicule you or treat you differently for your choice unless you push religion onto me or use it as a way to "harm" myself or others.

OCs

Saphirea

I use her to represent myself online as my profile picture and the primary character I use when representing myself in art. Although I'm a guy so It might change but I really like her character/design so I'm a bit torn. As a character she has her own lore (although not fully written out yet). She also isn't quite my "dragonsona" as she doesn't represent me as a person, she's kind of like a mascot I guess?

The basis of her lore:
One of the few remaining survivors of the magically powerful species of mammalian dragon after the strongest clan of red dragons hunted them out of fear of their power. Saphirea is uniquely gifted even among her species but doesn't understand her own abilities. Soren helps heal her after she nearly got killed by a red dragon. With no where to go she joins him.
For some more of her lore check out her origins on my Unvale acc, her story is intertwined with Soren's.

Lily

Lily is one of the main characters in my work in progress novella, "Autumn Coffees". The other main character is Noah who doesn't have much proper art. You can find work in progress of some of the chapters, more info on the story and Lily/Noah on my unvale page (link at bottom).

Lyra/Soren

Lyra is a red dragon who was born with green scales. She became an outcast and was eventually abandoned by her clan after her magic emerged. Her story takes place in the same world with Saphirea and Soren, but is a separate story and would be a separate book when/if I write them.Soren was framed for the murder of a nobleman and is on the run while hunting down the true culprits. He meets Saphirea not long after the murder where he saves her and they journey together.Neither of them has art (or well... good/recent art), but when I get around to it, I'll update and split this section.

This section is divided into 2 parts, the first one is some art of my OCs (and non-OCs), and the second are others' OCs. I tend to draw a lot more of other people's stuff though, so expect that to be far more populated.
